We love dogs! K-9 Perfection Fur Studio is Naples premier grooming salon, we offer a variety of services to pamper your pup. We are skilled in creating classic fur styles your fur baby can sport. We believe in setting a comfortable home like atmosphere for your dog to create good experiences only. We want your dog to want to come through our doors. That is our goal along with giving flawless fur styles to the perfect pets in Naples and surrounding areas. Our facility has many options for your pet, for shy pets we have cozy crates or exercise pens and for your more adventurous pup we have a free roaming playful atmosphere. We also offer pet sitting so you can relax while you’re away knowing your pet is comfy happy and at “home” with us.
MEET THE TEAM OF SUPER HERO DOG GROOMERS
OUR FIRST SUPER GROOMER : Shauna Gonsalves voted most likely to talk to the dogs like they are her coworkers. Shauna is not only the salon owner and resident pet health “nut” she is also one of our amazing stylist. We asked each groomer some seriously important interview questions so that each one of our clients could really get to know the strange women that are repeatedly kissing their pets and creating cute photo sessions that you probably know nothing about. We asked Shauna if she was only able to communicate through rhyme or song, which would she choose???… And the obvious answer was…. SONG. “ I would definitely rather sing everything because I already do anyway. I prefer to sing opera with the pitch of a fog horn or it could be labeled disgruntled Disney princess.”
We asked: What is something totally useless that you can do and your weirdly proud of? The answer: “ Pull Ups!” To someone this may seem totally useless but I like to remind myself that I really am almost a super hero!’
Next important question please!
If your dog had a secret life at night what would she be doing?
Answer: “ She definitely does have a secret night life, she is a cat food test taster. This is why I am constantly spending most of my paycheck on cat food.
Last but not least we asked If there was a Netflix special created and based on salon life what would it be titled?
Answer: Thats easy"Paws & Personas"
They came for a haircut. They left with a new identity.

Meet Our Next Super Hero
Here we have Ashley. Voted most likely to show up with an animal she “found”…“The salon economy runs on two things: caffeine… and her shopping addiction.”
“Her cart is full, her drawers are fuller, and our hearts? Eternally grateful.” Ashley is quite the giver but WE gave her some tough questions to answer.
1. We asked Ashley if she could create a new breed of dog what's the name and what does it look like?
Ashley would create mass market Chugs, they would be Chihuahua/pugs with a hint of Sharpei, and they would be wrinkles, just wrinkles.
We were curious and asked Ashley what the weirdest thing she has ever said to a dog was during her work day?
"Is stop humping your sister allowed?
3. When Ashley was asked if she would rather eat cold soup for 1 year or go without her phone? Without hesitation, “cold soup, momma needs her tik tok” — she said.
In the third person.
With eye contact.
While holding a shampoo caddy she saw in a haul yesterday.
Naturally we were curious as to what genre of music gets Ashley going while she’s creating magic hairstyles all day.. the answer interestingly enough, Yacht Rock.
No further explanation.
Just soft rock.
Smooth grooves.
And the occasional soulful pause mid-brush stroke.”
Now we can’t trim a paw without hearing Hall & Oates.

Here’s RACHEL!!!
We cannot say enough about Rachel, plus she makes a mean clam linguine. Voted most likely to forget her coffee in the microwave we still respect her because , well, we’ve all done it!
We had some important questions that any normal person searching for a groomer may have. Questions like… Rachel, if your clippers came to life and started giving you advice what would they say? The obvious answer coming from a perfectionist was, “stop going over the same spot, it looks good, move on to the next step.”
And what conspiracy theory do you think dogs believe about humans? We are still waiting to hear back on that one by the way. Ohhh Rachel did you forget about question 2 the same way you forgot your coffee in the microwave??
Another really important question that we wanted to know was what snack would Rachel fight a raccoon for at 2 a.m. in the Walmart parking lot? I bet you can’t guess the answer, Tex Mex trail mix..Rachel vs. raccoon: the battle of the century over a Ziploc of trail mix. Place your bets."
So to wrap this up Rachel is reliable, loves trail mix, fishing, and boating with her husband her favorite dog names are Holly and

Super Hero Grooming Star Sofia
AHHHH Sofia, We gave her the superlative of most likely to be famous and not tell anyone, she is our super sweet super hero, Whether it’s a wiggly doodle or a grumpy senior, Sofia wins them over with kindness and quiet confidence. We asked Sofia a few questions so you can fall in love with her just like we did! We wanted to know if Sofia was a dog treat what flavor she would be and why?? Without hesitation she told us very matter of factly that she would be chicken and carrots because that's what her dogs love and not only that, its a delicious and healthy combination. Of course she chose the overachiever answer. Not just tasty, but nutritionally balanced too.
Meanwhile the rest of us are out here being peanut butter bacon chaos bites.
Sofia’s the treat your vet and your dog approve of and she know it. After the first answer we immediately wanted to know what Sofia’s personal theme song was when walking into the grooming salon? Her answer: you guessed it! Walking on Sunshine, of course it is Sofia of course it is.
Curious to know what such a confident young super hero groomer like Sofia would want to win a lifetime supply of ( not counting money) if she could pick… we asked. The answer explains so much.. Hydra Moisturizer. For those of you who don't know it’s a leave in doggie conditioner BUT if you have ever seen Sofia’s super soft and shiny locks you might be thinking what we’re thinking…
Sofia’s closing question was if the dogs could know one thing about you what would that be? From the heart Sofia would like every dog to understand that her priority is for them to feel calm and comfortable.
Sweet as a carrot, sharp as grooming shears, and somehow the only human who can win over a doodle, a chihuahua, and your skeptical grandma in the same day.
She’s the healthy snack we didn’t know we needed, the calm in the salon storm, and living proof that nice girls can run the world—one pawdicure at a time. 🐾💅

MEET Marion
Marion was voted most likely to be the star of a Hallmark grooming movie. Just come into the salon to meet her so you can picture it the way we do.. perfect to watch on a rainy Sunday afternoon… Coming This Fall to the Groomflix Channel:

Small-town charm. Big-time fluff.
When soft-spoken Marion moves to a quirky Naples grooming salon full of chaos, clippers, and canine drama, she doesn’t expect to find purpose, passion… and maybe even love or maybe not, because her dog has trust issues.
Armed only with a slicker brush, lavender spray, and a feisty 6lb dog who totally runs her life, Marion discovers that behind every matted doodle is a second chance.
So we were curious and wanted to know what Marions “theme song” of her highs chool years would be if made into this movie.. she answered classic by MKTO. Of course she would pick a feel good pop anthem its only right to match her sweet bubbly vibe!
We asked Marion if her shears had a name and a back story what would they be? We were expecting some hesitation on this one but she immediately responded as if this was a perfectly natural question to ask. “Gator”, she replied “because they bit through the tip of my finger, so give caution when feeding and handling.” Concerned, we have follow-up questions: Marion: Are you okay?Are the shears okay?Is this why HR has us filling out “emotional support Band-Aid” requisition forms? Okay.. moving on. If Marion could groom a mythical creature it would be a Chimera she explained the beautiful lion clip she would style this creature with giving only a light trim on the tail and mane. Marion is soft spoken, talented, and incredibly sweet so we asked her if she had to give a TED talk in 5 minutes on what she thinks about when you’re shampooing what would it be on? It’s Brittney Bi…chons
Meet Brittney, voted Best Dressed to Wrestle a Wet Retriever and she does and they have never been cleaner or more loved!
She’s no-nonsense, all grit, and somehow manages to look put together all day! You know that amazingly soft coat that your dog struts out of the salon with? That's all Brittney! Some people sparkle.
Brittney makes others sparkle.
(And then she does it again. 14 more times. Before lunch.)
Logically in a salon full of women you need to ask at least one Disney Princess question, so we asked Brittney, which Disney Princess she thought could survive a zombie apocalypse? Her answer was well thought out and factual: “ Merida from brave.” “She grew up in the Highlands and is a skilled marksman, she could survive the apocalypse and defend herself.” Practical and to the point "No extra words. No wasted time. Just Brittney doing what she does best.
Our next extremely significant question was if your personality was a dish at a potluck what would it be? We love her answer and are also now, a little hungry! Seven layer dip because there are a lot of different layers to her personality.
We wanted to know what grooming pet peeve Brittney secretly loves? “Wildly overgrown nails. The transformation after trimming them is so satisfying!”
Last but not least we asked Brittney If her work life was now a documentary who’s narrating it? “Aubrey Plaza, her sarcastic and dead pan humor would lend itself well to the chaos that is working in grooming”.
